My visit was a little uneventful.
I was visiting Nottingham anyway, and just went round in the afternoon when the library was advertsied as being open. However there was only a volunteer runningt the cafe who did not know so much about the library.
I couldn't stay too long, so I just had a coffee and looked through the library material, and left some books as a donation.
What I did like was that they have a list of magazines who regulary send copies of each issue in. Then some are archived, but some are not kept long term (a bit like newspapers in local libraries). I think we might start doing this.
We also had some visitors from Pamplona, Spain call by. I said we were keen to build up a multi-lingual collection and they said they would ask people in pamplona to send material in.
