[dlpdev] offline version of software

Hi,
This would be welcomed by the 1in12 too... although any cataloguing will be
hard to do offline if bib. info is being cropped from amazon...
(still very aware we've not started work on cataloguing our stock - but our
room looks fab now ;-) )
