[dlpdev] meeting, funding &c.

Hi,

The pursuit of funding sounds very interesting and exciting - and if there's 
anything I can do - please let me know.  Also I'd like to back up Paul's offer 
of Bradford as a meeting location for may/june - although I know it's a long 
way and I can chase the sumac centre if that would be a) less of a trek and b) 
more preferable.

I've only had a v. brief look at http://del.icio.us but it looks v. interesting 
and full of possibilities

the elsa stuff sounds really interessting too...
