[dlpdev] RDF study group.

We are trying to get an RDF study group together in the East End. Three of us interested so far. It will be a kind of self-teach group, but we'd love to have someone with a bit nmore knowledge of it involved (hint, hint Jo).

We still have not worked out the details of this.
