i think I can write php version of install.sh and cleanup.pl.
Maybe reminder.
But geolookup is a mystery for me, I could only imagine that finds the
location of a user.
Could someone write a geolookup php file for me?

Also ConfigInfo.pm, located under scripts, is a mystery. If we work
together, we can get it out: is someone insterested?
