[dlpdev] Meeting 9th April

I think it is important that we have this meeting on 9th April.

We have people going to the PGA preparatory meeting where we want to raise the issue of the distributed library.

There will be a preparatory meeting on 16th-17th-18th which we can feed into.

We have had enough time to work out the strengths and weeknesses of the existing software and it would be good to decide on the way forward.

I will discuss this with people at LARC so that we can have a library meeting before 9th April.
