Hi Jo,

A number of what are called Social Centres in London have started to
describe themselves as network. However some people from this have wanted
to set up some sort of organisation, whose role and relationship to the
network will only become apparent when it comes into existence.

So when it was suggested that I do some work on the constitution, having
read your e-mail about using nomic and rdf it seemed a sensible way forward.
>From looking at the existing nomic games, they seem a bit like fantasy
role playing games - which isn't that different from a lot of self-declared
revolutionary activity. However, it will be interesting to see if a nomic
game can be successfully used to run a real world organisation.

Bearing in mind the discussions which have recently been going on in
Indimedia and elsewhere, nomic might prove a useful tool in developing
flexible structures which balance consensus decision making with a healthy
openness to diversity.

Fabian
