[node-l] New Course Offers for 2009 at TVU

Hi everyone

 

Following on from the interest in the two workshops we ran as part of
NODE.London Spring '08, from February 2009, we are very excited to be able
to offer a group of four 10 credit modules at masters level here on our
Ealing site. These will be part of a group of option modules for our new MA
Digital Interfaces to run from September 09

 

Module titles are as follows:

 

Interactive Video Spaces 10 credits  

Using live video processing software eg Eyesweb

Interactive Sound Devices 10 credits 

Understanding sound and the use of Max/Msp with sensor input

Designing Interactive Spaces 10 credits 

Using digital technology to create interactive exchanges in a space

Micro Controller Hands-On 1 10 credits 

An introduction to the Arduino Board

 

Each module will be offered as a 3 hour workshop for 7 weeks

 

We do hope that this will prove to be of interest and that the courses will
help us to build on our experience and research base here

 

We are pleased that one of our graduating students is currently showing in
the New Contemporaries in Liverpool
