Hey all,

Apologies for cross-posting, but i thought this might interest some of  
you!

I'm currently working my way through Abelson and Sussman's 'Structure  
and Interpretation of Computer Programs' (http://mitpress.mit.edu/ 
sicp/), the first year MIT computer science text, and a generally  
pretty interesting read.
I thought it might be a good idea to find a way for other people in  
London doing the same thing (particularly anyone from an arts or  
generally non-Mathematical-or-CS background) to discuss their  
progress, and perhaps to meet up informally and go through the book  
and exercises together. I've created a google group for this:
