BeWelcome.org and their open source software could be a useful partner. 
They seem to be set up in a democratic style and the software is ready 
to go. They also look like they need content to fill their software?

2.
We are having a meeting with office space owning stakeholders about 
maximizing office space use and thought you would like to come...
