After a long break, Scrap Club returns to Area 10 to present you a variety
of ripe household objects to smash to bits in a barrage of sledgehammer
swings.

Also featuring the Micro-smashing table for applying amateur dentistry on
circuit boards. Expect old favorites such as computers, TVs, Fridges,
Washing Machines, desks and one or two special treats. A chance to release
all that frozen up tension, and express any dismay you may have at machines
, in utter destructivism.

||| Call for Proposals |||
We are looking for proposals from artists who use Destructivism in their
work and music/sound making process. We are mainly after durational pieces
which will take place throughout the event, but also take proposals for a
data base of artists for future events

We might have a small budget for materials.

Underwater Sound Art Gallery is open to proposals for sound art,
performances and installations for the 2009-2010 roster exhibiting to
audiences at the second UK tour covering 14 cities (16 dates) in July and
for various other annual installations/festivals in the UK and abroad.

There is a small budget for performance and installation work which will
take place only in the 2 London dates.

Three sessions for under 19s only at 10.30am / 11.30am / 12.30pm
One adult session at 2pm - 3pm

The sessions include:
Part 1: A sonic play by The Banbury Banter Theatre Company
Part 2: Sound Art and Aquadelica

Bring your goggles!!!
This will be a limited entry event as it takes place at the shallow training
pool and the only one in London until the summer tour!!!!
