[Nomadic Collaborations]

              --CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS-- 
 
Nomadic-Collaborations is relaunching.  After years of working together as a collective we have decided to reformat as an online journal and exhibition space showcasing collaborative articles, reviews, practices and projects.
 
We are currently accepting submissions for our first issue. Deadline September 20th.
 
--Enquiries and submissions should be sent to contact at nomadic-collaborations.com
 
--Please Submit an abstract of approx. 500 words and a  message telling us about yourself and your idea.
 
 

The following brief can be interpreted loosely-- and ideas are always welcome: 
 
 
Artistic Collaboration as an Interface for Social Change
 
 
Subtopics might cover:
 
--how artistic collaboration affects/explores/addresses/distributes authority in the production of social meaning 
 
--reviews of projects and/or artists that work collaboratively to produce social change
 
-- how collaborative art (as opposed to non-collaborative art and/or other forms of collaborative action) is uniquely situated to act as instrument for social change
