[nmx-dev] exporting attende lists from closed events

Hi Bob, Susan,

I've just had a look at the kickstart 2 event - and yes, we needto be
able to export attendee lists from closed events. We can't right now...
or rather, we can't get the excel file export - just a list of users.

I'll kludge together an attendee list with email addresses this time,
and make sure we address this issue during the next development phase
from the 16th - 20th.
