Following scheduling fun ;) here's my proposal for how this should
happen:

- Monday 16th: testing with 4 users at LWS, then discussions: 
- required personnel: Saul / Liz / Testers 

Tuesday 17th: AM: changes & ideas discussed & signed off
              PM: implementation
required: Saul / Liz / Peter / Susan / Neil 
if possible: Bob

Wednesday 18th AM - PM: implementation
required: Saul / Liz / Peter

Thursday 19th AM-PM: implementation / design & copy tweaks
required: Saul / Liz 

Friday 20th AM: meeting to evaluate and sign off changes & outline
forward plans
            PM: tweaks, copy changes and cosmetic fixes
required: Saul / Liz / Neil / Susan 
if possible: Bob / Peter

Peter, Liz, is this feasible for you two?

Please let me know asap so we can go ahead with booking tickets etc.
