Dear All,

Well Neil, Susan, Liz, Peter, and myself are available for the 5th June
nmx future planning meeting - Bob - can you make it too?

Here's a draft agenda:

1. Maximising/finishing what we've already done.

We've come a *long* way in a very short space of time. There are some
loose ends we could clean up quite quickly and easily. What issues and
opportunities have come up during this testing phase? How can we take
advantage of them?

2. Partnerships

What kinds of partnerships would we like between ourselves - and with
other organisations and businesses?

3. Funding

What funding opportunities are there in the short/medium/long term for
keeping this show on the road?

4. Market / Competition

Can we be more specific about the markets we're addressing with nm-x -
can we identify our competition and come up with metrics for
comparison? We really need to do more market research and find out who
our customers and competition are now that we know what we've got.

5. Timetabling / Priorities

Once we've decided on all the above - let's lay it out on paper - what
are we going to do, why and when.

6. Ideas

Finally - once we've done all the practical stuff, let's have a proper
brainstorm about what we'd like to see nm-x become.
