Hi, it seems unlikely that we can get a meeting arranged which many of  
us can make before xmas.

So therefore I propose that we have the next meeting on Monday 12th  
January, location to be arranged.

In the meantime I propose we have a couple of new sections on the  
wiki, one for Website Development, where we can log our views,  
requirements, and wishes etc. and we can take through to the next  
meeting.

And another for a constitution and guidelines, as required for the Ace  
Application to be successful, much of this is already in the FAQ's but  
could be put under a more 'official' section for discussion and  
agreement.

Saul, I tried putting a new section under 'how to use the wiki' but  
couldn't work out how it's done! sorry! Could you add these sections  
and then I can add some subheadings and texts.
