Re: Ace App. we can't do the Fair without some funding, (see budget),  
this is for a stand at the Fair not anywhere else and helps with  
partnering with other organisations present at the Fair and we don't  
have time, resources or funds to pull something together.

nomic.. I have no idea how this helps with a constitution, please  
let's keep it simple!
