Dear all,

I am tantalisingly close to finishing the data migration from the old
nodel site into Drupal.

Its looking good: there are over 1100 seperate pieces of data -
people, groups, venues, events, projects etc. that are deeply linked
together.

Next week I'm doing some work with Adnan but hope to finish ALL the
data migration on the server (its not visible on the net yet) within a
fortnight.

The individual users are ready to go, but I think its worth waiting
for the mailout we discussed at the last meeting until all the data is
in as we're so close now.  I think/hope that it will provide some
inspiration to people if they see all the previous activity
represented.  Andy did an amazing job in the beginning to make a
framework for it and whatever happens with the funding, I think the
site can provide an archive and platform that people will want to add
to.

Thats just a quick report from my desk....
