It would seem that the application will be not be  successful because  
there is no clear or confirmed plan of what exactly will be shown or  
undertaken or where.

The panel will meet to decide in a couple of weeks. So we have to put  
our heads together and contact as many people as we can to give us  
confirmed plans as to what they are doing in March-May and that we can  
include in the programme.
