interesting viewpoint that media arts should primarily be about
technology and its aesthetic. I always thought it is about creating
communal, shared spaces for reciprocal exchanges and, as those spaces
exist in an overal political economy that fetishises technology and the
fantasy of rational mastery and control, of deconcealing those fetishes
as what they are and showing alternatives. But I guess I am a minority
