No love lost there then ;-&
Looking at the new site I think that everything is probably there
regarding accessibility to information and how to get involved.
I think a wonderful job has been done in creating this new site.
I do agree with Julie that it needs more visual impact.
In respect of the blog/site connecting to the outside world - it may
need to be linked to various web 2.0 platforms so that others can help
in promoting the events (you may of discussed this so I am sorry if I
tred on toes here), Stumbleupon, Facebook, Twitter or and identi.ca an
open source version of Twitter, Reddit, Digg, del.icio.us perhaps more...
