I know "technology and it's aesthetic" is a very reductionist view
point.
What I don't know is if you are a minority. I agree with you that
it's about creating space, but would also argue that that space, any
space, has to have a sensorial aesthetic for it to be a space that
can be entered into/watched/abused/... I also think there is room
for media arts spaces to exist for reasons outside just
'deconcealing' the fetishes you mention, although I'm interested to
hear if you think most works could be classified in that manner?
