I've stuck minimal minutes up on the wiki http://wiki.nodel.org/ 
index.php/Subscriber_Meeting_5th_October_2009

And linked to PDFs of the proposal doc, as well as the application  
doc, which gives more background on the app (although ACE have asked  
for an addendum as is missing some info).

The last meeting was at Leon Bankside, it was OK but it was a bit  
noisy for anyone remote skyping. Max (MobileFilm) mentioned a space  
in Piccadilly that might be available, but his email bounced - does  
anyone have a contact for him?
