[nodel-discuss] nodel site theme

hi all,
this won't please the designers among you,
but i have put a new theme up.
its a more basic, wireframe-looking sort of thing. maybe it shows
better the fact that its not designed yet while still showing the
features.

this is a theme that we can work on improving gradually.  if anyone
has any ideas for typography, colour and layout tweaks that we can do
just with css, those will be welcome and easy to implement.

let me know if you think the old look is better. i can switch it back!
