Hi All,

Saul- Thanks for your very positive email and feedback and for setting 
up the crucially useful wiki structure so fast.

Lewis- Your input yesterday was also v.v. helpful

I had a phone chat with Tim earlier and he is taking over the process 
of survey/form production and dissemination. This will include some 
adding, editing and rephrasing of questions based on conversations he's 
had with other people with arts evaluation experience. Also 
managing/delegating the distribution and collection to able interns and 
node.l stall holders.

Tim is this sort-of right?

I suggest that now we ask Tim to let us know when he needs our input (I 
think Saul and I are both prepared to help in encouraging people to 
return surveys) rather than micro-managing his time ; )
