Hi Tim,

Somewhat related to your dialogue with Saul here --a whlie back we 
talked about offering people who couldn't make the session (at that 
point, thinking about people who were busy / out of town, etc) a chance 
to feed back in advance about some of the points we were going to be 
talking about. That is, sending out a list of discussion points / 
questions to interested people who couldn't come, and asking them to 
write comments in an email and we could assign someone to be 
"ambassador" for their ideas at the event.

Do you think this would still be useful? If so, we could even announce 
that this would be available to the VOs list.

Its sort of a really lo-tech way of remote participation... and if the 
option is between no remote participation and this, this might be a good 
plan B?
